Walking the aisles, I kept hearing variations of the same question: “Okay, but how do we actually make this work?”
The annual gathering of health plans, providers, policymakers, and technology partners covered many of the familiar topics: affordability, artificial intelligence, member engagement, value-based care, and an increasingly complex regulatory environment. But this year, the emphasis seemed different. The ideas weren’t necessarily new, but the focus was squarely on execution.
